THE BAY OF AUDIERNE<\/h2>\n

At the tip of Brittany, in southern Finist\u00e8re, He’enalu welcomes you to an exceptional, unspoilt setting: Audierne Bay. Between the pointe de la Torche and the port of Penhors, you can surf on a long, sublime beach of fine sand bordered by a dune.<\/p>\n

The Bay of Audierne is renowned for its consistent waves. It offers a wide range of surfing spots, an ideal panorama for learning and progressing. SPOTS IN SEASON \"\"<\/a><\/h2>\n

He’enalu has been running courses at Kermabec beach in Tr\u00e9guennec since 2008. Since 2024, the school has also been giving lessons on the neighbouring spot at Kerbinigou beach in Tr\u00e9ogat.<\/p>\n

The Pointe de la Torche spot was already very well known at the time, while the reputation of the neighbouring beaches had yet to be established. These spots were virgin, but today their potential for learning to surf is recognised and the sites are more popular.<\/p>\n

Facing due west, these spots catch the smallest summer swells and work at all tides. These beaches are ideal for learning to surf, and the fact that they are less busy means they are safer and less stressful than the overcrowded spots at Pors Carn, la Torche, Tronoen and Penhors.<\/p>\n

He’enalu welcomes you to this unspoilt natural environment, on sites classified Natura 2000 and protected by the Conservatoire du littoral.<\/p>\n

The Bay of Audierne offers a wide variety of spots, which is what makes it so rich. Your instructor knows them all after 30 years of practice and 20 years of teaching. Depending on the day’s weather conditions, he’ll find you the best spot at the best time.<\/p>\n
